Duration:

Car rental in Agadir is for a specified duration in the contract, unless an extension is accepted by the lessor. The lessor reserves the right to reclaim the vehicle if there are other ongoing reservations. Customers wishing to extend must notify at least 48 hours before the end of their contract.

Driver Profile and Age:

The designated driver on the contract and the second driver are allowed to drive.

Age Requirement:

The driver must be at least 22 years old with a valid driver's license for a minimum of 2 years.

Delivery / Return:

Rental cars can be delivered or picked up at the location of your choice (airports, hotels, stations). A credit card imprint is mandatory upon delivery. The car must be returned clean, in the same condition as delivery. Otherwise, an additional fee of 40 DH will be charged by the customer.

Long-Term Rental:

Upon request, highly advantageous rates are offered for rentals exceeding 3 months. Daily rates are calculated on a 24-hour basis.

Payment:
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card upon vehicle delivery. Our rates include unlimited mileage, vehicle maintenance, and delivery / retrieval. Our rates are expressed in Euros.

Insurance:

Vehicles are fully insured. For any damage other than theft, fire, glass breakage, third-party liability, and passenger liability, a non-redeemable capped deductible remains the responsibility of the driver in the case of partial or full liability. In the event of an accident, an accident report is mandatory. Rental with a driver: a surcharge of 200 DH per day.
